What Is the Ultimate Purpose of Creation of Humankind
Anything present within this vast universe whether a living being or non-living being is not purposeless. Therefore, in this regard, the question naturally arises that what was the motive behind the creation of humankind. Why did Allah Almighty decide to create humans when angels and jinn were already present to worship Him? It is important to disclose the great purpose of Allah behind descending Humans to the earth. It is so because people oblivious to the reason of their creation immerse themselves in evil ways that eventually lead them to destruction and misery.
The purpose of human inception:
This particular question is a very intricate one but everyone can find its answer quite easily if he contemplates on this universe just a little bit. If people start to think that, what is the biggest and the best thing present within the cosmos then they will disclose the secret behind the creation of humankind. They will learn about a magnificent Creator who manifested all things that humans enjoy and use ranging from distant stars to sand particles found on earth. In fact, this universe is a proof that God exists having absolute sovereignty and divine attribute.
Furthermore, they will learn that it is highly unlikely for God to create anything without any reason or purpose. In the case of human beings that purpose is Allah wants human beings to worship him, to obey his commands and to live according to rules and regulations proclaimed by him in His divine scripture.
Allah says in Holy Quran,
“Except those on whom He hath bestowed His Mercy: and for this did He create them: and the Word of thy Lord shall be fulfilled: "I will fill Hell with Jinns and men all together." (11:119)
Allah created human beings to help each other, to establish a society where everyone has the access to basic human rights. Allah wants people to love each other, not to inflict sorrow to anyone, and to be happy. Finally, Allah wants people to do noble deeds to claim heaven on the judgment day and to avoid the pains and horrors of hell. This is the sole purpose of creation of human beings.
Universe is not a playground:
To fully grasp the reason behind creation of human kind, one has to resort to Holy Quran and to understand the message it entails whether through a tutor teaching Quran online or from a well versed Islamic scholar.
Allah says in Holy Quran,
"Did ye then think that We had created you in jest, and that ye would not be brought back to Us (for account)?" (23:115)
From this verse, it is clear that Allah does not want people to waste their time that they spent on the earth. This life is a gift of God for them and they should not spend it purposelessly on trifles and enjoyment. They will be resurrected after death and will be accountable for every second of their sojourn in this mortal world.
Conclusion:
Allah does not want to punish His creation, so he announces a marvelous prize for those who live their lives according to the teachings of Allah transcribed in Holy Quran. Now it is up to people whether they want to comprehend why they were created or just ignore Allah and invite His wrath.
